By accessing or using the Daily Winner app, website, or services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use Daily Winner, you must be at least 18 years old and reside in a jurisdiction where participation in lotteries is legal. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, national, or international laws. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

3. How Daily Winner Works

Daily Winner allows registered users to purchase tickets for scheduled draws. Each draw has a set end time, after which one ticket is randomly selected as the winner. The winner receives a prize (typically 60% of the draw’s total amount unless otherwise stated), credited to their in-app wallet. Participation requires a valid account and sufficient funds to purchase tickets.

4. Account Registration

To participate, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dailywinner.live if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Ticket Purchases and Payments

Tickets can be purchased using funds deposited into your Daily Winner wallet. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your payment provider. Draws close 10 minutes before the scheduled end time, and no tickets can be purchased after this cutoff.

6. Winner Selection and Prizes

Winners are selected randomly using an automated system at the end of each draw. The prize (typically 60% of the draw’s total amount) is credited to the winner’s wallet within 24 hours, subject to verification. We reserve the right to withhold prizes if we suspect fraud, cheating, or violation of these Terms. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise specified.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or manipulate draws.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use automated systems (e.g., bots) to interact with the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Daily Winner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of prizes or funds due to technical issues beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to participate in a draw.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, but any outstanding obligations (e.g., prize verification) remain.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Check this page periodically for updates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of "the Republic of South Sudan", without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of South Sudan.
